PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND FOLLOW ITS INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE APPLYING TO ENTER A CHILD'S NAME.

 

All members of the Little Dragon Castle are required to comply with our Conditions to Join.

All personal web sites allowed to display their content within the Castle are reviewed by the Ladies of the Court to assure they are family oriented and contain no objectionable material.

By law we, the owners and management of Little Dragon Castle must have a consent from you, the parent, on file in our archives, for any child, age 12 and younger, to allow your child to participate in our Castle activities and site competition.  For the protection of the children, and the site owners and management, the following completed and signed form must be received at the e-mail address given on the form before the child can be welcomed as a member of the Little Dragon Castle.

We at Little Dragon Castle swear and affirm that we will not share or sell any information about your child.  This includes your e-mail address, name of the child, age of the child, gender of the child nor any other personal information that comes into our possession.  Any and all information collected concerning your child to be a member of the Little Dragon Castle will be seen only by the Owners and Staff of the Little Dragon Castle unless you yourself provide the information to others.  The information is required so that we may have a means of contacting you and the child as the need arises, place the child's site into the competition,  in addition to meeting the requirements of the law by obtaining parental consent.

For the safety of the child do not enter an e-mail address in any chat room, message board or any form of communication that may give the identify, or allow direct contact, of the child to another person.  We can not stress this enough.  It is for your child's protection and safety.  Also, please assure that if there is a guestbook on the child's personal web site we recommend that it be set so that no one may leave images and that you as the parent must see the entry and approve it before it is placed in the guestbook for the child to see.  We at Little Dragon Castle cannot control the contents of your child's guestbook therefore we are not responsible for any of its contents.  We will work with you, the parent, as best we can.

The law for children has been enacted to protect them from harm and that is what we here at Little Dragon Castle intend to do, make this a safe site for the children as well as the adults.  Therefore, please fill out the following form and send it to us so your child may welcomed as a member of the  Little Dragon Castle Heart of the Castle.  Unless unusual circumstances prevent us from prompt response, you child will be welcomed within seven (7) days after our receiving the parents consent form.  Should the child not be welcomed as a member within that time frame please contact any one of the Owners at the e-mail link included in our copyright notice on the main page of Little Dragon Castle.

We the parents of: have read the statement above and do give consent for our child to become a member of the Little Dragon Castle.  The option selected in the application form reflects our desire for entry of the web site listed above concerning the competition in Little Dragon Castle. We understand that Little Dragon Castle is not responsible for any messages left in e-mails, chat rooms, message boards or guestbooks and that when checked if the site has any material forbidden by the conditions for joining it will not be allowed entry.  If objectionable material is added after the site has been checked, the site will be be removed at once.  It is also understood that the owners, management and anyone working with the Little Dragon Castle site and the children will not  share or sell any information about your child.  This includes all e-mail addresses, name of the child, age of the child, gender of the child and any other personal information that comes into their possession.  And that they will do everything in their power to keep the child safe.
