Congratulations!

Roused from their slumber the jewelers rub their eyes in wonder. What is going on they ask each other. Suddenly they hear the trumpets ring out. The Army has won they hear amid the shouts of joy.
Looking out the parapet window high above in the tower they can see the Knights being lead up the narrow lane to the Castle by the Silver Knight.   Shields are stored at the ready, swords are sheathed, and the helmet visors are raised. The jewelers can see the joy and happiness on the faces encased in the armor.
With this sudden returning the jewelers know the King will be making special gifts to the returning Castle members.  They have worked hard and prepared to sacrifice their all to protect the realm and drive off the invaders. Not one speck of dust can remain on any of the jewels. The King might select any of them to award so they must all be cleaned, examined and re-cleaned until they are brilliant in luster. All must glow under the light of the candle and in the fire light of the Castle torches and fireplaces.
Counting each bauble and jewel they are all carefully handled and stored on their velvet lined trays.  Each jewel seems to be beckoning the King to "Choose me! Choose me!"
A glorious site, the jewelers are happy.
