We are happy that you have come by to visit with us in our Celebration.

Please read the beginning of our story, a Story of our Journey to a Fantastic Celebration that is being held in the Little Dragon Castle.

The stars darkened and the moon suddenly hid behind the clouds. All the world seemed dark and dangerous. The torches that lit the path to the Castle winked out and the door to the Castle fell into deepening shadows. Menacing strangers from a land unknown had stopped, camped in the countryside and invaded our little world of happiness. Children were cold and hungry for attention and weeping and wailing seemed to be heard all over the land. Adults were at a loss to explain why the strangers had decided to invade. They looked to the King and Queen for help and protection.

Thundering hoofs of war horses were heard echoing across the drawbridge as the Knights gathered. Clanging of swords against shields marked the cadence of the infantry as it marched to position, ready to give battle. The arrows of the archers rattled in their quivers and the archers knelt at the ready with bows pulled taunt and ready to let arrows with silvery tips fly. Bright flags of the armies were flashing and fluttering in the wind and the sun glinted brightly from the armor of the knights poised on their brave and powerful steeds, stomping and snorting, ready for action.

Upon seeing the strong will of the assembled army of loyal subjects from the Little Dragon Castle, the strangers suddenly grew fearful. They coward in the face of the resolve and determination shown by all the population of the realm. As quickly as they had arrived they melted into the horizon and disappeared, vowing to never return and upset the kingdom again.

As if in celebration all over the world, the stars suddenly started to twinkle in the sky with the moon high in the sky and shining a bright golden color of joy and happiness. Torches that once were dark now blazed with a welcoming glow lighting the way up the castle path and across the drawbridge. The gates to the Castle were brightly lit and shown a warm welcome into the castle court yard.

The King and Queen of the Little Dragon Castle set out a great feast with marvelous entertainment's and games in recognition of the loyalty shown by the subjects. Each and every subject was invited to attend the celebration and to bring what they could to share with each other. The decree was sent out into the country side and all in its hearing was invited to join the gathering in the spirit of friendship and love. Children were welcomed and encouraged to learn from the land.

It is now my pleasure to introduce you to our Teams and Levels here in the Little Dragon Castle Adult Site Competition. So without further ado here they are.

As each group gathered and pitched their camps on the castle lawn they displayed their banners and declared their Virtues to the assembly.

The Lake Dwellers are the sleek and supple Water Animals of all shapes and sizes who bring Grace to the celebration. Sliding ever so peacefully along in the streams and moats they are the gems of the sea found in the Little Dragons Castle lands. With their graceful movements they remind everyone that kindness and love of their friends is the real gift of grace.

The Meadow Dwellers, Unicorns of mystical proportions are magical creatures who seem to float on the air and swirl around the Little Dragons Castle. Delicate and sleek in appearance they bring Strength to the celebration. Eager to share their virtue they prance and preen. Single horns shining golden in the sun, walking gently among the smiling flowers, they are pawing at the green grass and dance to the joy they feel.

The Mountain Dwellers pitched their tents in a circle surrounding the banner that marked their pride as the Fairies of the Little Dragon Castle. Bring Beauty as their virtue to share, they too proudly assemble and look forward to the celebration with joy. The tinkle of silver bells and the sparkle of magic dust is found throughout the land, glittering and lending an air of fantasy to the celebration.

The Village Dwellers, Little People of the Little Dragon Castle, erect their tents and set out their cobbler benches and candle vats with pride. As they work away, smiling and whistling, they gladly share their happiness though their virtue of Laughter. Hammering away at tent pegs and setting the fires to light there is never a frown to be found and the music has all those who pass by skipping and dancing. They are all young once again.

The Tree Dwellers are the Birds of the Little Dragon Castle and they bring Freedom to the celebration. Singing sweet melodies marked by shrill calls to everyone to enjoy, they are brightly colored and just the right decoration among the green leaves and strong branches. Reminding everyone of the past holiday season they are the true ornaments and presents to the Kingdom. The wind is their friend and the branches their home.

The Valley Dwellers proudly display their banner as the Angels of the Little Dragon Castle. Spirituality is their virtue to share. It is the same spirituality that they saw had been in the hearts of all the happy subjects in their time of darkness. Faith in a supreme being fed their souls and encouraged them to continue in the belief that all will be well again.
