Here are some tips and codes for leaving your invitations in guestbooks.

Look for something that interests you.  It will be more fun to review sites that have a personal interest to you.  Do a search on www.yahoo.com, www.google.ca, or your own favorite search engine. 

Here is a comment we recommend you use when inviting a site to come and join us in the Castle.  You can always use your own words, this is just an example:

Hi, My name is ** and I am a member of Little Dragon Castle. I visited your great site and after looking around I could not help but extend the invitation to you to come join us.

There are many things to see and do in the Little Dragon Castle. Besides our voluntary web site competition, we have Castle Corners such as the Golden Moments, Mystic Visions, Castle Kitchen, Poetry, The Seer, The Unicorn Story, and more. Visit the Graphics Grotto with a special Yahoo E-group dedicated to Paint Shop Pro graphics where members trade tubes, graphics and tutorials. 

We pride ourselves on building friendships and you would be a great addition to our family of friends. Please come and give us a look, we would love if you would join us!

Next you can select your favorite calling card from the codes below, then copy and paste it to the comment you added to the candidates guestbook.  To see what your calling card will look like we have created a link so you may preview the graphic.

The easiest place to find your code is to save it to your desktop in a Notepad file.  It makes it faster and more accessible to you.  Then it's simply a matter of copy and paste to the guest book you wish to sign.  I have mine on my desktop filed in a folder labeled Calling Cards.

While you are reviewing a site you might take a quick note on something that impressed you or drew your attention.  You can then add a short comment to your invitation that will personalize the guestbook entry.

If you're like me, and don't do all your assigned FIVE sites in one day, keep another notepad file to register the information you are going to submit.  This way, you don't have to remember URLs or site names at weeks end when it's time to submit a report! :)

Once you have completed scouting your 5 sites, you MUST send the site title and URL to the staff eGroup.  You will NOT be given credit for the sites you have scouted if we don't have the information about them.  This is important because it helps us not to repeat requests, to have contact information for those who have been invited, and to know that you are completing the requirements of the position you have volunteered to fill. <3 
As a special incentive, each member who submits their 5 sites per week will be rewarded with a special animation to their banner, which will be displayed for all to see!
