Taco Soup

Ingredients:

ground hamburger meat (deer meat is good too)
2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 onion
garlic to taste
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can each: kidney bean, pinto bean, corn, black bean
salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. brown hamburger meat, drain fat

  2. add taco seasoning, onion, garlic salt and pepper

  3. stir in rotel tomotes.

  4. Add about 1 - 2 cup of water.  Depending on how thick you want the soup t be.)

  5. Add drained beans and corn.

  6. Simmer for about 45 minutes.

  7. Serve hot with lots of cheese on top...yumm good...

 

Hint:  You can also make this fairly thick and use it over Nacho Chips, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes for an excellent snack at night.  Also makes into a great Taco Salad.
