Creamy Potatoes

2 c diced potatoes

2 c shredded cheese

2 c sour cream

2 small (14oz) cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup.
 Can use any cream soup if desired

1 small or medium onion chopped

1 c cornflakes

1/2 pound butter, melted

Preparation:

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Lightly grease a large baking pan. Mix together all ingredients and place in pan. Cover the dish with the crushed cornflakes. Drizzle the butter over top. Put in oven uncovered and bake 60-90 min, or until potatoes are tender.

Because of the cooking time, this would be better done in the micro wave, cover to make sure it does not dry out. Cook appx 15 min, Longer if necessary. Ck after 10 min.
