GERMAN  PIZZA

1 lb. ground beef

6 med. potatoes, finely shredded

1/2 med. onion

1/2 green pepper, diced

1 2 tsp salt

2 Tblsp butter

3 beaten eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup cheddar cheese

1 cup mozzarella

Brown beef with onion and peppers with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.  Remove from skillet and drain fat.  Melt butter and spread potatoes over butter in skillet.  Sprinkle with 1 tsp. salt.  Top with beef mixture. Combine eggs and milk, pour over all.  Cook covered until potatoes are tender about 1/2 hour.  Top with cheeses, and cover until they are melted.  Cut in wedges.
