FRAMED  EGGS

Heat skillet or griddle and oil lightly.

Cut hole in center of slice of bread.

Lay bread in skillet, break egg into hole,

cook turning once.

The round piece of bread may be toasted and served  with "frames" or saved for bread crumbs later.
