EASY  CHICKEN  CASSEROLE

1 cup rice

2 cups water 

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 chicken cut up

1 envelope onion soup mix

In 9X13 pan layer rice (no Minute Rice), water and soup.  Spoon undiluted soup over all.  Place chicken pieces in a single layer on top.  Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.   Can also be used with pork chops.  When doing so cover with foil before baking.
