Hi there ! Yes welcome to the Little Dragon Castle. I am known as  Rosepetal. My real name is Peggy.  And I am the little one in the middle.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I found it necessary to devote more time to my two near teenage boys and their activities.  Because of that I had to surrender much of my computer time.  As the Founder of the Little Dragon Castle I have transferred my share of the ownership of the Castle to my long time companion in the Castle Thistledown aka Don.  Much as it saddens me to leave the Castle my hope is that one day I can return and spend time with all my friends.

Let me tell you a little about myself.

While working in the Castle I found I did not have enough time to do all that I wanted to do.  Soon I was working with a wonderful guy on many of the corners in the Castle.  We seemed to be able to read each other's minds and a lot of our ideas just fit together like a hand in a glove.

When  we talked about a banner to show us working together as Managers of the Castle we both thought that unicorns would be a great logo for us from the world of fantasy.  So we became the unicorns.  Next we tried to come up with ideas for names.  Thistledown all of a sudden called me Rosepetal.  The name was perfect and we became companions in the Castle, Thistledown and Rosepetal.

So what can I tell you about myself? There is not much to tell I am afraid. But once I start I may weave a lot of words together. Next week, in May 2001, it will be forty (40) years since I took my first breath on this good old earth. And where did that happen you ask? Belgium, in Europe and that is still my home. I have lot's of very fond memories growing up as a child. One of my favorites is learning to paint. I am still an avid painter and it extends into my efforts on the computer.

My schooling was all strictly controlled because I went to Catholic schools for all of my education. In the United States those type schools are called parochial schools. I don't know how our levels of education here in Europe compare to those in other areas of the world, so let me say I am a high school graduate. From there I went on to a cooking school. Yes, I am a cook and I am told I am a pretty good cook too. At least I can say I am happy that I have never poisoned anyone! My favorite subjects in school were history and art. Art was my favorite though, because it taught me more about painting. Of course I am partial to my memories of art school. That is where I met my ex-husband, in art school. We were 16 years old, just babies.

Today I live in Zeebrugge, Belgium. The city is located northwest of Gent on the coast. I like the coast line and the sea the best. The weather here is generally windy and cold and I don't like that much. It seems I always have a cold. Then I think to myself, "It is not the place where you live, but the people who live in your area." I like where I live a great deal.

I have children and they are the my heart and soul. Each day I try to teach my children to respect all living life, that honesty is still the best way, that love is a joy to receive but more enjoyable to give. And try to make true their dreams.

Dany, my son, got me on the computer because he knew I like to create things and share them with others. That dream comes alive with the Little Dragon Castle. My goal is to have the castle be a great place for everybody filled with friendship and love. In the future I would love to see the castle as a wonderful place filled with wonderful people, even now it's already that way! I get the most pleasure finding people like you, our members. My biggest disappointment with the World Wide Web is having to deal with the porno stuff and keeping it from coming in to the castle. Finding out that those kind of sick people exist was very disappointing to me.

So what do I see when I look in the mirror? A lady who has a lot of questions. A few answers maybe, but still looking for more answers. And what would I change? Well, not much. Maybe the color or my eyes. I love blue eyes. And the thing I am happiest about myself is that sometimes I still feel I am 18 years old. I think the child is sometimes still in me.

In order to have my short time of fame in my lifetime I would love to know that each of my boys have a wonderful life and future. No drugs and such, those things scare me. That would be a wonderful accomplishment. But always I want to be remembered simply as Peggy, a lady that loves children very much.

I do work so my time is not always open for contacts. But please feel free to send me an e-mail if you have any questions or suggestions on how I can make the Little Dragon Castle a better place for the children and adults. I would love to have you join our little family of friends.
