I registered but never received my verification email.
Check your SPAM folder to see if it's there. If not, you may have mistyped your email. Use the "Contact" link and send us your details so we can look into it.

I verified my submission but did not receive linking instructions.
Check your SPAM folder first. If you still don't see it, you can go to the Member Login to obtain the link codes.

Where do I obtain the link code?
Go to the Member Login and enter in your information.
From there, click on "Get Your Link Code". Select which code you would like to use then click the Generate button.
This will generate the code for you. All you need to do is copy & paste the code to the page you desire the vote button to go.

I forgot my password/username. Now what?
To retrieve your password and or username, Click Here.

I have at least one incoming vote but my site stat shows as 0. Why?
The stats reset themselves every 30 minutes and then you should see your listing.

Why is my site not showing up on the topsite?
It's possible your listing was removed for violating the topsite rules. If you feel this was in error, please contact the topsite manager.

Why isn't my banner showing up?
1. You may have entered the wrong URL to your banner.
2. You are trying to link to a banner hosted on a site that doesn't allow direct linking or "hotlinking". This is common for free webhosting services such as Geocities, Angelfire and others.

How to upload your banner to the topsite server.
Go to the Member Login and enter in your information.
1. Under "Your Settings", find Banner Location and select This Server (upload the image) from the drop down menu.
2. Under Banner, use the Browse button to locate your banner.
3. Click the Save button to save the changes.
