Jewels With Pasta

Of course you like pasta, spaghetti, macaroni, spirelli, tortellini.  Those Italian pasta names may be hard to spell and say but did you know that you can make very neat little things with them?

Step #1  String the pasta with holes upon one string or light cord.

Step #2  Do you like gold or silver? Then color yours with one spray can of gold or silver.  (For this step you need one grown-up to help because spray paint can be very dangerous.)

Step #3  When the paint is dry you can take it off the string or cord and now resting it the way you want you jewelry to look.  The pictures here are some samples.  You can make all kinds of jewelry.

You don't know were to place your new jewels?
Then you can make a splendid jewel box from the empty pasta box.

Step #1  Get one empty pasta box or some other empty box with a lid.

Step #2  Glue pasta shapes to the sides and top of the box to make a fancy design.

Step #3  Color the box and the pasta with spray paint, either silver or gold.
(For this step you need one grown-up to help because spray paint can be very dangerous.)
