Your prayer will be listed here. ******************** Hummingbird - July 14, 2007 Our newest member in the Castle contacted us and asked that we place her good friend on our prayer list. Hummingbird asked, "Please put my friend, Bob Dahl on your prayer list. He is my gentleman friend from church and he is having surgery tomorrow to remove a tumor from his kidney. Thanks for your prayers in advance." Please God, through your benevolent and protective love, please guide the hands of your servant the surgeon while performing the needed surgery. May he be guided on the path to fulfill your will so that Bob can continue in his life in honor of your glory and follow your guidance. ************************ Lenora Lowe - June 15, 2007 A visitor to the Castle sent us the following: "3 years ago my oldest son Shaun, was killed while on his way to work on his motorcycle. A young 17 year old, in a hurry to get to the mall pulled across the road in front of him. .... Life stopped. But my youngest son has not been able to pull himself together and overcome the sadness and empty feeling. He has had trouble with drugs, seeking a way not to feel pain, or loneliness, but that is a temporary fix to a permanent problem. Shaun will never be back. Ryan must find his own self worth and inner healing. Please pray for him." Dear Lord please look upon this family and
sooth the heart stings of Lenora. Take away the inner torment she
has over the loss of her sons from her loving care. Ease the pain of
the youngest son of Lenora and remove his inability to move on with his
life following the laws of the spirit. Enlighten him with the
knowledge that his brother would not like to see him in pursuit of the
pleasure of the flesh for it surely never eases the grief and only hurts
the ones who truly care. ******************** Rosemary - March 16, 2007 Today we learned of a serious illness in the family of one of our very dear friends. Rosemary Burns wrote to let us know what is happening with her family, and asks that they be included in prayers. Her adult son who is 34 years old lives at home with her. Several years ago he was diagnosed and treated for Schizophrenia. Some time later he also developed anxiety which he has had for about the last year. Now he has a growth in one of his kidneys and the specialist said that they now have to remove one of his kidneys. Dear Lord please watch over this family and
give them the strength to cope with these trials and tribulations.
May your will be done in all matters but please intercede and give
guidance to the family and help them through these trying times. ************ Lady Laure - January 8, 2007 One of our very good friends has notified us that her younger brother is scheduled for a second cancer surgery in as many years , Thursday, and I'm going to sit vigil with my family, while he's under. We beseech you to join with her in the vigil and lend your unlimited grace to his care and healing. ************ The 1st Merlin - November 17, 2006 Once again we lift our voices to you on behalf of our close friend Stardust. She is battling a breathing problem and has been admitted to a hospital to help her. Please Lord down on her and grant her relief from her suffering. We know in our heart of hearts, because of your teachings, that all we need is to believe and the miracle of curing will happen. May your son, Jesus, cradle her in his arms and take away her affliction in your name. ********** The 1st Merlin - May 21, 2006 Dear Lord one of your faithful has been stricken once again. She has had her share of misery and pain through life. Please lend your soft touch to the healing of Stardust. She has a kind word for everyone and is always one of the first to add her thoughts to the prayers we have for other. It is sad heart that The 1st Merlin had to type his message and report her illness. Stardust (Liz) was rushed into hospital Saturday afternoon as she nearly collapsed due to the severe pain in her kidneys. During the night they have given her a scan and it looks like the stones have passed but has left a acute infection. They are giving Liz Morphine about every 1.5 hours, a fluid drip and antibiotics. Liz has not really been compusmentus at all today. Not her usual jolly self in fact I don't think she is even on this planet most of the time. I will try to keep you informed. *********** Officer Wroten Family- Fairy Mystic - January 28, 2006 Tragedy has struck close to the heart of the members of the Castle. On Thursday morning Officer Wroten was watching over an inmate at the local hospital. At about 5:00 am the inmate managed to overpower Officer Wroten and get his weapon. The inmate shot him in the face and Officer Wroten died later in the week. Dear Lord please look after this man's family and his friends in there great time of need. Please enlighten them and those of the Maryland Division of Corrections and guide them to peace over such a great loss. ********** Stardust - The 1st Merlin - January 4, 2006 Blessed Savior we ask for your protection of Stardust and help in mending her struggling body. The 1st Merlin informed us that she is now in the Intensive Care Unit struggling to breathe after an allergic reaction to a medication. The doctors are doing all they can in her care and are discussing a ventilating process to help her. Your intervention in their thought processes will guide them. With Guardian Angels stationed at her side we know she will receive the best of care and Thy will be done. ********** Daddy 2 - Lady Judy - November 1, 2005 Just today we received information from Lady Judy that her Daddy2, who has been ill for quite some time, has taken a turn for the worse. We know he is being well cared for but dear Lord we pray that you open your heart and send your blessings to ease his pain. Should these be his calling to be at your side we pray that his journey be in peace and serenity. Please look down upon his family and friends and ease their burden of grief. We thank you for your kindness and mercy in this time of need. ********** Judy - aka Lady Judy - October 16, 2005 Lady Judy has mentioned in her posts that she has had some arm and neck problems for quite some time. Finally a decision has been made that she will undergo laser surgery on or about October 24, 2005. They will go in through the right side of her throat, back to the disk, pull it out, replace it and fuse it and put screws in it. Please join us in prayer to the Good Lord for the skill of the surgeon and a successful outcome of this dangerous procedure. Lady Judy is one of the precious gems in the Castle and we pray that she be returned to us with all haste, mended and well, ready to amuse us once again with her wonderful sense of humor. ********** Cathy - aka Moomaw - May 22, 2005 Cathy notified us that she is having the neck surgery next Friday. She will be in the hospital a day or two and don't know how much she will be able to be on the computer. The skill of the surgeons rest in the hands of the Lord and we pray that those hands will be led and guided in their work by You. Further we pray that Cathy be returned to us healed and well very soon. ********** Linda - Friend of Lady VitaSN - May 17, 2005 Lady VitaSN has a good friend and co-worker named Linda who fell ill after work yesterday. Fortunately Linda received some help but is still ill. Lord above we ask that you watch over her and lend your hand to the fine people who are helping Linda. We thank you for the knowledge you have passed on to us enabling us to develop machines to revive our friends and get their hearts to beating once again. ********** Terezinha - Mother of Nellie - May 3, 2005 Dear Lord, we humbly ask you to strengthen your devoted servant Nellie in her time of need and to add to the skills of the doctors in the treatment of her Mother, Terezinha. Nellie is very worried because her Mother's last test results. While the doctors can only say she is not very well and an x-ray shows something on her right breast we know that your favor can right all the ills and pass the day in quiet peace for the entire family and their friends. ********** Makala - Niece of Mandrake - April 24, 2005 Dear Lord, please look after our very little angel. At only five years of age she is a very sick little girl and needs your help in guiding the doctors and nurses trying to help her. She was born with one under developed lung and two holes in her heart. The doctors are doing all they can to keep her poor heart beating and she is doing her very best to live up to your will. A kind smile, from you to her and the family members, will certainly give them all encouragement. And should your plan be to call Makala to your side as your special angel the smile will grant them comfort and solace in their hour of need.
