What You Need

 

                                                                    

One Pound Cake

Chocolate flat bars,

Candy Tidbits

150 gramme (6 ounces) Powdered Sugar,

1 Egg

 

                                     

 

                                      

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1.  Cut one end from the pound cake the size to make your house.

Step 2.  Cut the cake to shape a sloped roof.  Make both sides you are removing about the same thickness.   Save the pieces you have cut off.

Step 3.  Slice the small cake pieces you removed to make the sloping shape into about three strips.  Enough strips to cover the slope.

Step 4.  Cut one piece out of the front of the house for a door.

Step 5.  Separate the egg yoke from the egg white.

Step 6.  Make an icing by stirring the egg white and powdered sugar together.

Step 7.  Trim the flat chocolate bar to fit in the hole you cut for a door.  Glue it in with the icing.

Step 8.  Use the icing like glue and paste the strips on the sloping roof like tile.

Step 9.  Decorate the house with the candy tidbits.  Use the icing like glue.

Step 10. Sprinkle the powdered sugar on the roof.
