Chocolate Roses

What you Need !

 300 gramme (11 ounces) chocolate,
100 gramme (4 ounces) sugar,
200 gramme (7 ounces) cornflakes,
milk.

 

 

 

 Step 1:  Break the chocolate into tiny small pieces and put into a sauce pot with milk.

Step 2:  Slowly heat the mixture until the chocolate melts , stirring all the while.

Step 3:  When the chocolate is thoroughly melted stir the mixture vigorously.  Add the sugar slowly and continue to stir to melt the sugar and mix in well.

Step 4:  Add the cornflakes to the mixture and stir to blend into the mixture.

Step 5:  Using a large spoon dip into the mixture and drop a small pile of the mixture onto a foil coated cookie sheet.

Step 6:  Place the cookie sheet into the refrigerator for about one hour or until the mixture hardens.
